Rewriting the Code of Civilization means redesigning the foundational systems that modern societies depend on. For centuries, civilization relied on physical borders, slow institutions, and analog structures. Today, cities, healthcare, mobility, and even space are built on data, intelligence, and interconnected systems. To rewrite the code means creating infrastructures that are resilient by design, sovereign by architecture and trustworthy by default.

Guardian of the Group’s integrity. Owns compliance, regulatory adherence and governance controls across every jurisdiction Red Rock touches, ensuring each entity operates beyond reproach wherever the Group expands.

Chief Strategy Officer
The architect of where Red Rock goes next. Shapes group strategy, market positioning and long-range planning, turning ambition into a coherent path that every major move serves.

Secretary to the Executive Board
Holds the institutional memory of the Group. Maintains the corporate registers and the Group asset register, so that every entity, asset and decision leaves a documented and verifiable trail.

Chairman, Non-Executive
Commander-in-Chief of the Group’s technology function. Sets technological vision, development and classification. This mandate does not extend to legal, financial, compliance or day-to-day executive management.
Hamid Firoozian
Chief Technology Officer
Owns technology architecture, engineering standards and delivery: the hand that turns direction into working systems, holding every build to the standard the Group demands.
Sanaz Abedi
Chief Information Officer
Commands the Group’s information backbone: internal systems, platforms and data governance. Ensures information moves securely to the right hands at the right moment, turning the Group’s data into an asset it can trust and act on.
Behrad Kazemi
Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer
Directs Red Rock’s applied AI research and agent architecture. Translates frontier capability into systems that institutions can deploy, govern and audit inside regulated, high-consequence operational environments.
Sajad Kamali Nejad
Head of Data Centre Infrastructure
Owns the compute and data centre estate: capacity, security, resilience and hosting. The bedrock every Red Rock system stands on, engineered to hold when it matters most.

Owns how Red Rock is seen, read and remembered. Designs the identity system, digital presence and visual standards that make an institutional position recognisable across every market.
